Be the driving force behind implementing safety standards, work plans, and improved outcomes for the community.
Work closely with stakeholders, support the team, and strengthen a culture of working smarter and accountability. Play an integral role in maintaining and enhancing our public and corporate facilities using your experience and expertise to plan, schedule, and manage maintenance and construction projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.

About the Role
* Plan, schedule and deliver infrastructure maintenance safely, efficiently
* Scope and deliver capital works and manage Council assets effectively across their lifecycle
* Optimise resources to deliver value for the community
* Maintain safe workplaces and safe Council assets for workers and the public
* Communicate professionally and act with integrity across all stakeholder interactions
Skills & Experience
* Building trade qualification with significant industry experience
* Proven ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including planning and scheduling works
* Strong knowledge of Work Health and Safety legislation and risk management practices
* Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
