The Opportunity
As a Technical Sales Representative VIC, SA & TAS based in Melbourne,you will have a passion for sales, building relationships and delivering practical construction solutions for our customers. You will play a key role in driving sales performance and customer engagement within your territory.
Your responsibilities include:
* Understanding customer requirements and providing solutions in line with the Leviat product range that best suits their needs.
* Working with the wider sales team to promote Leviat's full product range, maximising up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Cultivating strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Reaching out to warm and cold leads.
* Regularly visit our existing customer base, promote Floor Joint products and generate leads.
* Conducting product presentations and attend trade events, open days and displays.
* Weekly/monthly reporting.
About You
* Proven sales performance in the building construction industry. Steel and reinforcing sales experience is preferred.
* Ability to work to and exceed sales targets, a track record of closing deals.
* Understanding of the construction industry/processes/technologies.
* Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop strong working relationships.
* Comfortable with prospecting, cold calls and following-up leads to create pipeline opportunities.
* Proactive and results driven.
* Full rights working rights.
* Current driver's license.
* Ability to travel
