- Revit - Intermediate to advanced level.
- Design flair is essential.
- Experienced in all phases of project work - design, coordination, documentation, construction.
- Hospitality experience is essential. Local experience is essential.
- Personable, good communicator, proactive, attention to detail.
- Agile, happy to work in a quick-paced environment, move around on project work and work in all phases.
- No temporary visa holders.
