The Onboarding Specialist role
The Onboarding Specialist ensures pharmacy customers smoothly transition from installation to day-to-day use of Minfos software.
The role provides live support, coordinates targeted training, manages handover to the Support function, and captures customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
In this position, you will leverage your operational pharmacy expertise to translate customer needs into effective software adoption.
