As an Agility and Product Coaching Chapter Lead you will be driving the adoption of Product Management Operating model whilst supporting your business domain to uplift the outcomes, they achieve from improved ways of working in delivery .
You will be a n agile leader of well-founded methods and driving the next generation of approaches within Retail Banking. You will be responsible for managing a small team and building capability and development of your direct and indirect teams. You will support and enable teams and their leaders to develop and implement agile practices and values; and help instil a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Our agility practice is increasingly shifting to quantifiable outcome-based solutions for the business, and you will be the spearhead for this within one of our retail banking domains.
As a Chapter Lead you will be responsible for owning the leadership and nurturing the development of Coaches and their career progression.
You are good at :
1. Championing the drive for quality customer outcomes and Group results.
2. Delivering Group agility and contributing to the Group Agility Practice to enhance agile maturity.
3. Expert f acilitating skill s and adapting in the moment ; t hriving in ambiguity.
4. Building rapport and relationships across all levels of organisation and delivering with confidence.
5. Inspiring a growth mindset and enabling teams to deliver through strong people leadership and development.
6. Building trust and have the ability to empower people and influence the outcome.
7. Leading a metrics driven approach to delivery governance, interventions in delivery, escalation and reporting.
8. Establishing a trusted relationship with your team members and d eveloping your people through focused mentoring and coaching.
* A solid understanding of the Product Model will support operating model transition.
We are interested in hearing from people who have:
9. Direct experience coaching and facilitation at all levels including s enior to executive level (Financial Services experience desirable).
10. Possess fundamental coaching accreditations along with certifications relating to agile and product principles such as Lean/SixSigma/SAFe/ Kanban/ Scrum.org .
11. Influence d leadership as a trusted ally of the coaching community aligning with the needs of the Group and leadership objectives.
12. Experience in working on transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment.
13. Experience in coaching at scale and transforming individuals and large teams across the Group.
14. Ability to facilitate the creation of Objective Key Results (OKRs) with senior stakeholders and ensure they are communicated via backlog priorities.
15. Enable d performance and continuous improvement of teams through support in realisation of KPIs and ultimately OKRs ensuring accurate reporting and governance activities.
16. Experience, skills and passio n for attracting, developing and retaining talent to future proof the coaching community.
17. Experience in balancing operational rigour, governance and adaptability within an agile organisation and e nsure all processes are compliant with regulations and practices.
* Experience in leading and monitoring all levels of coaches, ensuring the minimum standard of coaching acumen is consistently being achieved for effective trust of the coaching capability across the organisation.
