THE POSITION:
* Supervise, lead, and support Security Officers on shift.
* Coordinate rosters, payroll queries, and daily administration tasks.
* Conduct patrols and ensure site security compliance.
* Respond to alarms, incidents, behavioural issues, and emergencies.
* Complete reports, logs, investigations, and shift handovers.
* Operate security systems including Uniguard, CCTV, and access control.
* Conduct inductions, contractor escorts, and delivery movements.
* Promote professional standards, safety, and policy compliance.
THE PERSON:
* Certificate III in Security Operations with current Security and Crowd Control Licence.
* Current First Aid / CPR qualification.
* Strong communication skills with confident report writing ability.
* Competent computer skills across reports and security systems.
* Current manual driver's licence with strong reliability and fitness.
* Previous hospital, healthcare, or high-risk site experience desirable.
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience with conflict resolution skills.
* Professional, calm under pressure, alert, and flexible with rotating rosters.
