About The Role
We're looking for a motivated, personable, and passionate individual to join our Customer Service team. This role is not a call centre position; it's a dynamic, relationship‐focused role that offers variety and learning opportunities.
In This Fast‐paced, Customer‐focused Role, You Will
* Deliver outstanding service to a broad range of commercial clients
* Manage technical phone and email enquiries
* Process orders, returns, service requests and general enquiries via our Omni Channel platform
* Work closely with internal teams to drive positive outcomes
* Maintain accurate records and customer documentation
* Contribute ideas to continuous improvement initiatives
* Resolve customer enquiries promptly while supporting team KPIs
For you to be successful in this role, you will need
