Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders Mark, measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and machinery Assemble sheet metal components for HVAC systems Install ductwork and other sheet metal components in residential and commercial buildings using appropriate joinery techniques Refine edges, polish surfaces, and clean finished products to achieve a high-quality professional finish Perform maintenance and repair work on existing installations as required Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company quality guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work environment Skills and Qualifications: Relevant qualification Minimum of 3 years work experience Good attention to detail Excellent communication skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $90,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
