To excel in this role, candidates must have 5 years of experience in arts management or a similar field. They will possess a strong understanding of logistical demands, excellent planning skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
* Music Programming: Deliver diverse music programs, ensuring artistic and financial success.
* Production Management: Manage technical aspects of projects, including costing, confirming bookings, negotiating equipment substitutions, and coordinating show staffing.
* Communication: Liaise with internal departments and external clients, communicating clearly and concisely to support project timelines.
* Operations: Prepare event sheets, interface with Event Managers, ensure consistent processes, and develop innovative operational delivery methods.
* Audience Relations: Develop ticketing builds, monitor marketing and sales campaigns, and contribute to promotional strategies.
* Finance: Facilitate timely and accurate artist payments and associated financial arrangements.
* Systems: Create and maintain event details in Artifax event management system.
* Budgets: Develop budgets, monitor and update forecasts, and alert stakeholders of significant changes.
* Contract Management: Draft and oversee contracts, letters of engagement, and memoranda of understanding with artists, agents, and project partners.
