Remuneration: $58.95 - $60.86 per hour + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Are You the Right Fit?
You are a highly skilled and motivated social work professional who brings advanced clinical expertise, leadership capability and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice within a complex health environment. You will demonstrate the following:

* Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload, respond effectively to stressful situations, and apply advanced reasoning skills and independent professional judgement in novel or critical circumstances.
* Proven experience working both independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive client and service outcomes.
* High-level written and verbal communication skills, supported by well-developed computer skills relevant to contemporary clinical practice.
* Demonstrated experience in providing clinical supervision, expert advice and consultation, as well as leading, implementing and evaluating quality improvement initiatives using evidence-based social work practice.


Selection Criteria

* A recognised Social Work degree that provides eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
* Demonstrated experience in prioritising a challenging and demanding workload; managing stressful situations; and applying advanced reasoning skills and independent professional judgement when dealing with situations of a novel or critical nature.
* Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
