**Description**:
Responsible for developing, maintaining and growing a sustainable and profitable customer base across On Premise Key Accounts in WA
Achieve keg and pack (on premise) sales and distribution growth targets for the key account base and the total WA business
Develop and maintain key external relationships with prospective and existing customer groups (on-premise), wholesalers and other key industry businesses and associations
Build and execute joint 6-12 month business plans with key customers leveraging the broader GDA playbook
Developing and maintaining key internal relationships with Head of Field Sales, Head of Sales & Marketing and Good Drinks sales and marketing team members
Set in place key tasks and accountabilities for the sales team through the CRM to drive business outcomes with key account groups
Gain and share market intelligence to fuel strategic decisions
Analyse sales and distribution results, providing timely sales reporting, conducting regular sales meetings, and maintaining sales department budget accountability
Support and lead specific projects to drive future business growth
Supporting the field sales team for major negotiations and range reviews
**Providing internal support and advice with**:
- Forecasting / Wholesaler management
Out of stocks issues
Some regional and occasional interstate travel will be required
Ad hoc Evening and weekend work required
**Skills and Experiences**:
At least 5 years' experience in the industry in similar roles
Significant experience in beer sales, on/off premise and key independent accounts
An existing network of relationships and contacts with key customers (on/off), wholesalers and industry groups on the West coast
An existing network of relationships and contacts with experienced liquor sales people to help expand the current field sales team
Well developed, self-management skills, self-motivated

Strong trade maths, trade analysis and reporting, competent in computer skills and Windows
Current driver's license
