We have opportunities for Registered Nurses to join our Anglican Care aged care service at Bishop Tyrell Place in Taree. This vacancy is a Full-Time position. You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.

* Experience in palliative care, knowledge ofAN-ACC and providing high quality care of the ageing people
* Demonstrated experience in leadership of employees
* Excellent time management, an ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Current Drivers Licence
About you?
* Registered Nurse with current registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Proven ability to deliver person centre care that respects the dignity and worth of the individual.
* Current Senior First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement)
* Able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
* National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
