Responsibilities
* Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
* With a focus on our guest's overall well‐being, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
* Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
* Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
* Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
* Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
About You
* An up‐to‐date RSA
* Relevant experience in a similar role
* Working rights in Australia
* Enthusiastic to elevate your career
* Self‐motivated, driven and energized in a fast‐paced environment
* Armed with smart solutions and a can‐do attitude
* Bartending experience is highly preferred
