Job Opportunity: Library Support Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Library Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support the Circulation section of the library.
The ideal candidate will have six months of experience in general library work or equivalent clerical/retail experience with strong customer service skills. You will be required to perform various physical tasks such as lifting up to 20 pounds, standing for extended periods, and repetitive grasping/pulling actions.
* This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week with variable schedules including evenings and weekends.
pAlthough there are no specific special requirements for this role, employees may be assigned to another library when usage statistics change. In emergency situations, staff members must be prepared to undertake additional duties under direction
