The Role
Managing safety, program, sequencing and all daily site operations.
Coordinating trades and ensuring workmanship is to the design standard.
Running pre-starts, toolbox meetings and daily briefings.
Reading drawings and resolving issues with PMs and designers quickly.
Driving quality, managing inspections and handing over clean, defect-minimal projects.
Keeping site records up to date and maintaining a well-presented site.
Building strong relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
The Criteria
2 + years of experience supervising commercial or residential construction projects in Australia.
Strong understanding of sequencing, trades and finishes.
Confidence leading subcontractors and coordinating daily site operations.
Ability to read drawings, spot issues early and solve problems calmly.
Someone who values structure, communication and quality.
A reliable, mature, down-to-earth operator who fits a non-ego culture.
