The opportunity:
Join us as an Operations Administrator and play a key role in keeping our office and operations in Mackay running smoothly while supporting both our team and our clients.
You’ll be involved in:
- Greeting clients and visitors, answering calls, and handling mail.
- Providing general admin support and assisting with weekly payroll.
- Responding to customer queries and logging/resolving complaints.
- Maintaining customer records, databases, platforms and systems.
- Preparing, consolidating and distributing reports.
