About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team in Palmerston, NT. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for hospitality, leadership, and customer service excellence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering and control
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and workplace health and safety regulations
Assist in rostering, staff scheduling, and performance management
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and business goals
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of relevant employment experience in a retail or hospitality supervisory role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field are highly desirable
Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
