At their Welshpool facility, they manufacture high-performance products for a range of industries including mining, construction, and infrastructure. As a Skilled Trades Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting the manufacturing process — operating and monitoring machinery, preparing materials, assisting with production tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone mechanically minded and eager to grow within a supportive and innovative team. This is an ongoing role with potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person. The position offers early morning weekday shifts, overtime, and weekend work, with competitive penalty rates.
