Accounts Recovery Specialist – Part Time Role
Hours:20 hours a week permanent part time (ideally between 10 am and 2 pm, Monday to Friday)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and friendly Accounts Recovery Specialist to join our team and support our community by helping members navigate failed payment issues.
You will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships, supporting members through their payment challenges, and ensuring they continue to thrive in our programs.
You will work closely under the guidance of our Product Lead to align with SHE-com's goals and strategies.
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage all failed payments within the first 30 days, using HubSpot to stay on top of every detail
Make regular outbound phone calls to members to help them resolve payment issues quickly and positively
Handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism, balancing kindness with firmness to reach positive outcomes
Guide clients through payment problem-solving with compassion and confidence
Accurately document all call outcomes and next steps in HubSpot
Escalate any genuine hardship cases to your manager as per our process
Collaborate with our programs teams to ensure seamless transitions and member support
Track and report on key performance indicators like recovery rates, call volumes, and resolution times
Offer suggestions and feedback to improve the payment recovery process
Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with best practices and SHE-com's approach
Qualifications
Passionate about supporting women in business and genuinely care about their success
Confident and warm on the phone, with experience handling high call volumes
Skilled at having hard conversations with empathy, understanding, and firmness, always aiming for a positive outcome
Organised and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
Analytical, able to review account histories and recommend solutions
Skilled at creating positive outcomes for both clients and the business
Adaptable and open to new technologies and process improvements
Experienced in phone-based customer service, credit control, or accounts
Familiar with subscription-based business models (preferred)
