Benefits Career development opportunities A friendly and motivated team environment Be part of a growing hospitality group Staff discount in company venues Salary at $75,000 plus super per year Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday - occasional shifts on Sundays About the Role Reports directly to the Venue Manager Supervision of bar, floor and function staff Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming Lead by example and mentor/guide new colleagues Help and support the team on the floor and in the bar when required From time to time assist at our other venues including the ACMI About You Great problem solving skills Ability to train and mentor other staff Experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Valid RSA and full working rights in Australia Your background would ideally include 2 Years management position in a high quality bar/restaurant. Extensive knowledge of Spirits and Cocktail creation and making. Used to working in a busy, fast paced bar environment.
