About your opportunity: In this position you will: Lead and coordinate quality improvement and evidence-based practice activities to ensure the provision of quality, cost-effective services. Undertaking operational responsibilities including that of staff allocation, management of nursing resources and bed management after hours. Liaising with clinical units Queensland Ambulance Service, and referral hospitals to maintain services after hours.
