Your New Employer & Role:

This is a hands on Assistant Store Manager role where you’ll work closely with an experienced Store Manager to lead a team of up to 20! Together, you’ll create a motivating, supportive environment that puts people first -your team and your customers.
With a strong focus on coaching, daily retail operations and creating a great customer experience, this is a great next step if you’re ready to grow your leadership in a high-performing store.
About You:
* Proven experience in retail management, with experience leading teams to achieve sales and KPI targets.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence your team.
* Passionate about health, wellness, and living an active lifestyle.
* Highly motivated, organised and hands on in driving team success and celebrating the wins no matter how big or small they are.
