In Australia, Realaml is helping firms prepare for AUSTRAC Tranche 2 AML reforms by combining KYC, VOI, liveness, screening, and AML risk workflows into a single platform with no contracts or lock-in.

We receive strong inbound demand from firms that need to move fast. Execution, responsiveness, and follow-through are critical to how we win.

The role

You are the operational engine of Realaml's revenue funnel.

This is a full-time employee role focused on lead execution, follow-up, and trial activation. You are the first point of contact for inbound leads, an active outbound caller, and the owner of post-demo follow-up through trial activation and escalation.

Your job is simple to define and hard to do well:

* Follow up every lead, demo, and trial promptly, professionally, and persistently during standard business hours until there is a clear next step
* When follow-up is done well, deals progress and close
* When follow-up is not done well, deals stall

This is not a strategy role. It is a high-ownership execution role. Cold calling and structured follow-up are core parts of the job.

What you will do

Lead and demo execution

* Respond to inbound leads promptly during agreed working hours
* Cold call targeted prospect lists provided by the company
* Follow up leads until a demo is booked or a clear outcome is reached
* Qualify prospects using a defined script
* Book demos directly onto founder calendars
* Follow up no-shows and stalled prospects
* Respond to inbound messages via email and chat tools
* Escalate high-intent leads according to defined criteria

Post-demo and trial follow-ups

* Own post-demo follow-up to maintain momentum after each demo
* Send demo recordings, trial links, and AUSTRAC readiness assets on the same business day
* Support trial activation and first successful verification
* Treat trials as a high-intent signal rather than another demo
* Use checklists, trial credits, and clear next steps to reduce time-to-value
* Execute defined follow-up cadences based on trial engagement
* Follow up inactive or stalled trials until activation or a clear outcome

Trial monitoring and escalation

* Monitor trial usage signals, including first verification, usage volume, trial credits used, and admin invites
* Run low-touch follow-ups using automated sequences
* Escalate mid and high-intent trials to Sales or Customer Success when thresholds are met
* Provide clean handoff context, including notes, usage signals, and firm intent

CRM and execution hygiene

* Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
* Log calls, emails, notes, and outcomes correctly
* Maintain clean handoffs between SDR, Sales, and Customer Success
* Work toward defined activity, follow-up, and activation targets
* Ensure no lead, demo attendee, or trial user is left unattended

Tools and systems

You will use modern cloud-based tools, including:

* Slack for internal communication
* Gmail for high-volume email follow-up
* Intercom or similar tools for inbound lead handling
* CRM systems for logging calls, notes, and follow-ups
* Diallers and calendar booking tools

You will be supported to learn our systems and expectations during onboarding.

What success looks like

* Fast, consistent response times during agreed working hours
* Strong daily call and follow-up activity
* Consistent demo bookings
* Healthy demo-to-trial activation rates
* Timely escalation of high-intent trials
* Clean, reliable CRM data

Performance is reviewed regularly using transparent activity and outcome metrics.

Compensation

* Full-time employment with a base salary that meets or exceeds applicable award requirements
* Performance-based bonus paid in addition to base salary
* Bonus targets tied to activity, follow-ups, demo bookings, and trial activation
* Clear pathway to progress into senior SDR or account roles for strong performers
