Job Summary / Overview
The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of deployment works including access installation integration and commissioning. This role plays a key part in ensuring delivery of project milestones while maintaining compliance with safety standards and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop scope of works documentation and contract management plans
* Provide leadership and direction to subcontractors on access and construction methodologies
* Manage and lead project teams across multiple work groups
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards safety management and corporate policies
* Act as a trusted advisor during design and deployment feasibility assessments
* Oversee deployment planning resources and HSEQ adherence
* Interface with clients and accountable teams on reporting planning and escalations
* Manage project performance data scheduling and reporting
* Identify deviations from baselines and implement mitigation strategies
* Promote a strong WHS culture across teams and subcontractors
Required Qualifications
* 5 to 8 years relevant project management experience
* Background in construction methodologies and best practice
* Experience delivering large scale infrastructure or LTE construction projects
Skills & Competencies
* Strong stakeholder and client facing communication skills
* Proven ability to manage complex project deliverables and schedules
* High commitment to HSEQ and WHS compliance
* Experience in contract and subcontractor management
* Ability to work within multidisciplinary project teams
