Position Overview
The Geraldton Regional Aboriginal Medical Service is seeking a Social Emotional Wellbeing Worker for its Clinic in Geraldton. This full‐time role reports to the SEWB Clinical Lead and supports the delivery of Social Emotional Wellbeing care to GRAMS clients.
Responsibilities
* Provide social emotional wellbeing support to clients across the Midwest, Murchison and Gascoyne regions.
* Collaborate with the multi‐disciplinary team and clinic staff to coordinate care and connect clients to health services.
* Support culturally appropriate activities that strengthen community wellbeing.
* Comply with organisational policies including Equal Employment Opportunity, Work Health & Safety, Code of Conduct, Quality Improvement, Performance Management, Customer Focus and Confidentiality.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Unrestricted "C" class driver's licence and ability to pass Police Clearance and Drug & Alcohol testing.
* Aboriginality is an essential criterion, provided for under Section 50(d) of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 (WA).
