The Role
As Assistant Store Manager, your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer experiences and inspiring your team to do the same.
You'll partner with your Store Manager to drive the team's performance, coaching them to achieve high results. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of your store, manage the team to meet financial targets, and ensure excellent visual merchandising.
In the absence of the Store Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for your team, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service that meets our high standards.

* Drive store performance and deliver results by analysing data and reports to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Prioritise tasks and processes for maximum return on investment, using your knowledge of retail operations to make informed decisions.
* Create a positive and motivating store environment that inspires high performance.
* Attract, recruit and develop top talent for your store.
