You'll also work closely with Regional Managers and stakeholders to deliver on key strategic and operational objectives.Reporting to the Regional Manager, this is a permanent, full-time position, based out of Carole Park, Queensland. Secondary locations include stores in North Brisbane area, such as Morayfield, Redcliffe and Brendale.Key Focus Areas:Collaborate with the Regional Manager to set and deliver store strategies aligned with national goals.Lead and support store teams to meet performance targets (sales, safety, surplus, and service), including eCommerce related performance.Implement, drive and support relevant customer strategies within Area and stores.Develop, monitor, achieve and manage sales, expenditure, stock and production KPIs and surplus budgets for the Area.
