Let's paint the future together.Therefore, someone with a strong attention to detail, positive attitude and good communication skills who has worked in a fast-paced environment would be suitable for this role.The role will see you:Complete registering/ filing and archiving documentation while managing order receipt efficiently, prioritising timely order processing and good customer interactions and relationships.Support the order-to-cash process with excellence in order processing.Act as first-level contact and register and process customer orders in the ERP system received via, electronic mail, phone or other contacts with the customer.Obtain adequate customer and product knowledge to find solutions for customer needs (e.g. additional and/or alternative products) and make proposals for the improvement on work processes.What's in it for me?
