Key Duties
* Generate revenue and brand awareness through sales calls and client engagement
* Provide professional customer service by handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
* Receive, process, and manage high-volume orders via phone and email
* Pick, pack, and check orders for quality control and arrange dispatch
* Visit clients and industry members to strengthen relationships
* Attend trade shows, expos and industry events as required
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
* Meet company targets and KPIs set by management
Skills & Experience
* 3+ years commercial experience in Automotive Trade, Supplier, or Automotive Solutions sector
* Hands-on knowledge of spray painting or smash repair experience required
* Strong communication and people skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
* Sound computer literacy for reporting, CRM, and order management
* Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Proven sales success and ability to identify revenue opportunities
* Well-presented, outgoing, and relationship-driven personality
* Must be living in Australia with full working rights - sponsorship cannot be provided
