About The Role
We are seeking a compassionate, confident, and skilled Physiotherapist to join our growing Allied Health team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, autonomy, and meaningful impact, and who is passionate about delivering highquality care to older adults, NDIS participants (including children), and remote community clients.
This is a dynamic FIFO role, offering the opportunity to work across:
* Aged Care (Residential and Community)
* NDIS Participants – Adults and Children (Paediatrics)
* Support at Home Program clients
* Remote and regional South Australian communities (via small aircraft)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive Physiotherapy assessments and interventions for aged care clients, NDIS participants, and children with developmental or physical needs.
* Deliver therapy services across both metropolitan Adelaide and remote SA through scheduled FIFO visits.
* Develop personcentred, goaldriven treatment plans aligned with each client's needs and abilities.
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimise health, mobility, function, and independence.
* Document and maintain accurate clinical records in line with program and regulatory requirements.
* Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, families, support workers, and other stakeholders.

* Is comfortable travelling to remote communities and working in diverse settings
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* 1–2 years' experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)
* National Police Clearance (within 2 years)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check + Working With Children Check
* Valid SA driver's licence and willingness to fly in small aircraft for outreach
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate
* Annual flu vaccination
