Job Description
The One Harvest National Sales Centre (NSC) is excited to offer an opportunity to join our team, supporting major retailers like Woolworths, Coles, ALDI, and IGA. We offer flexible shifts, starting between 5:30 AM and 8:30 AM on weekdays, and from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM on weekends.
All shifts are offered on an offer-and-acceptance basis. As a member of the NSC team, you will collaborate closely with various departments within the business. This role provides an excellent entry point for those interested in a career in Business Administration or Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Your responsibilities will include:
Order Management:
Processing Purchase Orders: Accurately entering, tracking, and fulfilling purchase orders from key accounts like Woolworths, Coles, ALDI, and IGA.
Order Confirmation: Confirming receipt of orders and liaising with major clients to address any issues.
Customer Service:
Client Communication: Keeping customers informed about their orders, delivery status, and potential delays.
Issue Resolution: Handling and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, or delivery-related issues.
Data Management:
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory movements.
Reporting: Creating sales and inventory reports to provide insights into performance and trends.
Logistics Coordination:
Shipping Arrangements: Coordinating with One Harvest National logistics to ensure effective delivery of produce.
Route Optimization: Collaborating with logistics teams across our four main sites to improve efficiency.
Promotional Activities: Supporting sales initiatives and promotions by providing essential information and coordinating with marketing teams.
