Medical Administrator Role Overview

The Medical Administrator is a key member of our practice team, responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the medical practice.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing staff and teams. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, doctors and other healthcare professionals.

* Responsibilities:
o Developing and implementing strategies for practice goals
o Maintaining emergency response plans
o Maintaining and reviewing quality improvement plans
o Supporting financial tasks with the finance team
o Organizing meetings and overseeing daily operations

We are seeking an experienced Medical Administrator who can provide strong leadership and support to our practice team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve practice goals
* Operational Management: Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff supervision and performance management
* Quality Improvement: Maintaining and reviewing quality improvement plans to ensure high-quality patient care
* Financial Management: Supporting financial tasks with the finance team and ensuring effective financial management
* Human Resources: Managing staff performance, recruitment and training

Requirements:

* Leadership experience in a healthcare or medical practice setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively with patients, doctors and other healthcare professionals
* Experience in staff supervision and performance management
* Proven track record of success in a similar role
