The Role
* Residential mortgage broking focus
* Work with business-supplied leads as well as self-generated clients
* Collaborate directly with the business owner on deal strategy and pipeline management
* High-volume, performance-driven environment
* Full admin and processing support
* Strong compliance and documentation standards
About You
* 2+ years' proven experience in residential mortgage broking (or equivalent)
* A proven performer with a strong work ethic who knows their numbers
* Confident, commercial, and client-first in your approach
* Highly organised and comfortable managing volume
* Strong database management skills
* Exceptional phone, sales, and written communication skills
* Experience with MyCRM highly regarded
