What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing an established residential portfolio of 150 properties
- Strengthening relationships with landlords and tenants
- Overseeing maintenance, repairs, arrears, lease renewals, and all compliance
- Conducting routine and outgoing inspections with support on hand
- Delivering a standard of service the agency is known for in the local market
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2+ years of Property Management experience
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Confident communication, robust attention to detail, and a commitment to professional service
