Overview
Adairs is looking for an Omni Channel Performance Coordinator to help customers discover Adairs online. You will execute and optimise campaigns across SEO, SEM and Affiliate channels to drive traffic, conversions and repeat purchases. You will work closely with the Omni Performance Manager, Specialist and agency partners, focusing on hands-on campaign management, reporting and optimisation to align with the marketing calendar and deliver solid results.
Responsibilities
Manage daily campaign activity including bids, budgets and keyword optimisation
Monitor competitor activity and share insights with agency partners
Collaborate with Marketing & Design teams to deliver on-brand assets on time
Report on campaign performance weekly, monthly and quarterly
Test, learn and adjust spend across campaign types to maximise ROAS
Brief in performance assets to ensure alignment with brand pillars and the marketing calendar

A numbers-driven mindset, confident with budgets and reporting outcomes
Robust attention to detail and the ability to optimise for performance
Collaborative approach to working with marketing and agency partners
Curiosity, energy and a passion for testing current ideas and driving results
Strong communication skills and ability to work across different teams
