About the Role
This fast‐paced role reports directly to a Merchandise Manager and ensures that promotional plans are executed accurately. You'll thrive if you are resilient, tenacious, detail‐oriented, and enjoy meeting defined deadlines. You can work with set objectives and handle ambiguities with problem‐solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Duties
* Coordinating the rollout of promotional campaigns across a range of marketing materials
* Reviewing and proofing promotional content to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Managing multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
* Analysing and reviewing data to support decision‐making
* Preparing and presenting reports
* Providing general administrative support related to the role and category
* Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
* Category, merchandise or buying exposure, or a passion for developing a career in this area
* Retail or FMCG experience desirable
* Strong communication skills and the ability to develop solid stakeholder relationships
* Well‐developed Excel skills, and good experience in other Microsoft packages
* Love of data and ability to analyse information
* Keen eye for detail, and strong sense of logic
* Administrative prowess
* Natural ability to be organized
