RESPONSIBILITIES will include but not limited to:
-Ingoings and outgoings
-Routine inspections one group per week
-Maintenance
-New tenants sign ups
-Open inspections
-Bond finalisation and refunds
-Tribunal hearings, if required
-Rental Appraisals and landlord sign ups
-Regular Meetings
-General office administration
REQUIREMENTS:
-SA Property Managers License must be current and up to date
-Full drivers license is required
-Passionate and professional manner
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-Highly organised
-Computer skills a must
-Knowledge of Property Me program essential not required
