Casual HR Agitator Driver
Driving a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials is more than just going from A to B and back again. Our Agitator drivers provide high levels of customer service to our clients receiving our products, becoming the face of our business. As a Driver, you will be making multiple deliveries throughout the day and interacting with lots of different people. Every day will be different; there's nothing routine about this role!
Responsibilities
- Deliver concrete using an agitator truck to multiple sites throughout the day.
- Provide high levels of customer service and act as the face of the company when on-site with customers.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and adherence to company policies.
- Utilize technology to map routes and track loads; participate in ongoing safety and compliance activities.
- Complete a 10-day training program before operating independently.
About You
- Minimum of HR licence (essential) with previous driving experience (preferred).
- Enjoy meeting people and communicating with clients on-site.
- Value variety in work; no two days are the same when driving Agitator trucks.
- Take pride in the appearance of your truck; present the best image of the company.
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing conducted on sites).

Salary and Schedule
- Based at Wallaroo Concrete Plant.
- Most days start at 6:00 am with up to 38 hours per week and regular overtime.
