Role Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will lead the analysis of complex business problems and deliver high-quality artefacts across agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. They will partner with technical specialists to ensure business needs are translated into secure, effective solutions while identifying process improvements and tracking benefits realisation.
The role also manages stakeholder engagement, supports requirement definition, and contributes to risk and compliance assessments to enable successful transformation outcomes.

The successful candidate will be a highly skilled communicator with strong business analysis expertise and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels. They will bring proven experience in translating complex business and requirements into secure, practical solutions that drive organisational outcomes.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (desirable).
* Experience working in multiple domains would be beneficial.
* Proven experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business case development.
* Proficiency in business tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro.
* Excellent Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills including documentation and reporting.
* Proficient in facilitating workshops, interviews, and focus groups with stakeholders.
