**The Position**
As the HR Advisor, you will support the team with a range of HR functions across the entire employment lifecycle including recruitment, reporting, performance management and and monitoring.
Your key responsibilities will involve:
- Attract and maintain the highest calibre of talent by driving recruitment and selection processes and well-targeted training and development programs;
- Support the annual HR programs including KPI setting, performance management, compensation planning, talent management and succession planning;
- Conduct investigations and maintaining records and ensure HR information systems (both manual and electronic) are created and maintained as the primary source of employee information;
- Support the General Manager of Human Resources, HR and other HR leaders to provide an integrated support network for the HR function.
**About You**
- Demonstrated experience as a HR generalist in a similar HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role;
- Ability to translate strategic vision into tactical and operational plans that are full implemented across the business;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations or other related business discipline;
- Ability and comfort to interface with all levels across the business including management.
