This is a senior position, and you will have the opportunity to interact with and make a meaningful impact on the financial wellbeing of our clients. Additionally, the successful candidate would be responsible for assisting in the training and supervision of our team. The role would suit a talented and experienced Client Services Manager or administrator. This is a full-time position, and the primary responsibilities include:
Senior Client Support:
Collaborate with financial advisors to maintain relationships with and provide hi-end service to a panel of key clients. This would include preparation and processing of client documentation, as well as handling client inquiries and resolving issues.
Training and Supervision:
Provide training, leadership and supervision to some of our less experienced team members.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain organised client files and records, coordinate/participate in client meetings and follow up on required action items.
The successful candidate in this role will have:
Proven experience as a Client Services Manager, or related role
Preferable some experience in a senior role, overseeing other team members
Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and regulations
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in financial planning software/tools (X Plan, Worksorted, etc)
Professionally presentable and outgoing, ensuring the best impression is maintained with our clients
Conscientious, reliable and flexible nature
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritise and perform multiple tasks with consistency and accuracy
Ability to work autonomously as well contribute as a member of a team
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and key responsibilities of the role. (range of $75-$80k). However, this range could be extended for exceptional candidates.
