My client is currently one of Sydney's busiest builders with a growing reputation for delivering outstanding projects in the Class two residential space. They are specializing in boutique and high-rise developments in some of Sydney's most expensive suburbs. Known for working with a number of well-regarded developers they deliver projects up to $100M.
About the role
* Oversee and manage the construction of structural and finishes elements.
* Supervise, lead, and coordinate a team of site operatives, sub-contractors, and other on-site personnel.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns.
* Review and interpret drawings and specifications to ensure work is completed to the correct standards and within deadlines.
* Plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks to ensure efficient and effective workflow on-site.
Your Background
* Experience as a foreman on class two residential projects upwards of $20M.
* 3-5 years site supervision experience.
* Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality.
* Positive attitude with the right temperament.
* Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme.
