We are seeking a Workplace Recovery Expert to join our team in Melbourne | Geelong. The primary function of this role will be to coordinate and attend Face-to-Face and virtual conferences with key claim stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable recovery and return to work outcomes. The ability to influence and negotiate with treating practitioners to achieve recovery needs for the injured worker, whilst supporting the employer with return-to-work planning to work towards safe and sustainable outcomes.
This role requires strong collaboration skills to work within the MRS (Mobile Recovery Specialist) team and providing leadership support to the front-end teams. Monitoring the injured workers recovery and return-to-work plan to ensure it remains safe and sustainable during sensitive index periods.
We are looking for someone with the capability to understand the importance of active listening, developing rapport, and being empathetic, whilst demonstrating a positive and professional manner. Strong time management and the ability to work independently & within a team environment.
Efficient and proactive problem-solving skillset whilst demonstrating the ability to deliver quality work with a high level of attention to detail. The ability to prioritise workloads and perform well under pressure. A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
