As the Marketing Automation & CRM Lead, you will design, build, and manage the full marketing automation ecosystem across the customer journey — from lead generation to nurturing, conversion, retention, and re-engagement.
You will work closely with our General Manager, Managing Director, and Creative Team to develop smart, scalable marketing systems that drive measurable ROI.
Your responsibilities include:
CRM Ownership & Management
* Own and manage the CRM (HubSpot) across marketing, sales, and service
* Build dashboards, reports, attribution models, and lifecycle tracking
* Maintain database health, accuracy, and segmentation
Marketing Automation & Customer Journeys
* Design and build automated nurture sequences, pipelines, and behavioural workflows
* Implement lead scoring models to optimise sales handover
* Develop automated onboarding, referral, and re-engagement programs
Marketing Operations & System Optimisation
* Audit and improve the sales and marketing funnel
* Set up marketing analytics, tracking, and conversion measurement
* Integrate tools, APIs, forms, landing pages, and data sources
* Ensure all marketing systems run smoothly and efficiently
Campaign Support & Creative Collaboration
* Work alongside the Creative Manager and Social Media Specialist
* Provide insights for content planning and audience targeting
* Build landing pages, forms, branded email campaigns, and A/B tests
Data, Insights & Strategy
* Provide weekly reporting on pipeline, conversion, and campaign performance
* Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimisation
* Drive continuous improvement across all digital touchpoints
