We're hiring aCustomer Care Specialist with strong operational and marketing support skills for a well-establishedhome care brand that provides high-quality non-medical and private-duty nursing services for seniors and individuals with disabilities .
This role plays a key part in enhancing customer experience, increasing call volume, and supporting daily operations.
What You'll Do
Customer Care & Operations
* Handle inbound calls with compassion and professionalism
* Support families and clients seeking home care services
* Managedispatching and technician/caregiver routing to maximize utilization
* Makeoutbound calls for follow-ups, unsold estimates, and re-engagement lists
Marketing Support
* Collaborate with the corporate marketing team
* Assist withsocial media content, remarketing, and promotional specials
* Help strengthen brand awareness and trust within the community
Systems & Process Support
* ServiceTitan expertise (REQUIRED):
o Maintain and update the price book
o Adjust pricing guides
o Support overall system setup and workflow improvements
Contribute toHR ,policy-making, and the creation ofStandard Operating Procedures
* ServiceTitan experience is mandatory
* Advanced English (C1) English-only environment
* Customer service experience withhigh call volume
* Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
* Ability to support both customer care and marketing activities
