We’re looking for a commercially driven Store Manager to lead our Penrith store. In this key leadership role, you’ll coach and inspire your team to reach their full potential, driving performance, collaboration, and a culture of trust and excellence.
What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build loyalty Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve results Drive sales, P&L, and store KPIs Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards Ensure compliance with policies, stock, safety, and legislation Recruit, retain, and inspire top talent Foster an inclusive, professional, and engaging store culture Champion learning, development, and continuous improvement

Experienced Retail Leader – 3–5 years managing teams in jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle Results-Driven – proven success hitting KPIs in fast-paced environments Team Champion – motivates, coaches, and inspires people to perform at their best Professional & Polished – confident communicator with strong presentation skills Tech-Savvy – comfortable with omni-channel retail and digital tools
