The Role
* Lead and develop a friendly and skilled team to deliver excellent customer service and high quality swim instruction from infants through to squad levels
* Oversee daily operations including budgets, reporting and ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment
* Increase enrolments through proactive community engagement and relationship building
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols, child protection requirements and pool operations. Full training will be provided
* Be the face of the swim school, building trust and loyalty with families and the local community
What You'll Bring
We are looking for people who have experience in customer service leadership roles such as:
* Customer Service, Retail Manager, or Team Leader
* Operations Supervisor in recreation, hospitality or education
* Training or program lead in a customer focused environment
If you have strong leadership skills, excellent organisation and a people first mindset, you will be successful in this role. Please note the successful applicant will need to be available at least one day at the weekend.
Qualifications
All CVM employees must hold a valid Paid Blue Card. You will also need to be willing to obtain, at your own cost, the following qualifications. We can assist with booking and offer a staff discount:
* Swim Teacher and Water Safety qualification
* First Aid, CPR and Pool Lifeguard Certifications
