Role: Receptionist - Victor Harbor
We are seeking a compassionate and organised Receptionist to join our Home Care team in Victor Harbor. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this role requires a warm, respectful and professional approach that reflects our values and commitment to person-centred care.
Key responsibilities include answering and directing calls, responding to client and care worker enquiries, and providing general administrative support to the care team.
To be successful in this role:
* Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills
* Communicate effectively with clients, care workers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a high standard of customer service
* Use initiative and problem-solving skills to respond quickly to unplanned changes or challenges in daily operations
* Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence, managing reception duties and office tasks with attention to detail
* Uphold compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and internal procedures to support safe and effective service delivery
Essentials
* Minimum 2 years reception or administrative experience
* National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
* Up-to-date influenza vaccination
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Certificate III in Individual Support or working towards (desirable)
