The Role
* Manage and grow your own portfolio of residential and commercial sales opportunities
* Interpret plans and specifications to quote accurately and win work
* Visit sites as needed to confirm scope and strengthen customer relationships
* Handle the full sales cycle from estimating through to closing deals
* Use V6 software and CRM systems (like Salesforce) to manage quotes and pipeline
* Hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets while delivering a high standard of customer service
* Be mentored by industry experts who will support your technical and career development

* $70,000-$80,000 + Super (depending on experience) & Fortnightly Pay
* Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm – no weekends

About You
* Experience in windows and doors sales highly regarded but not essential
* Open to candidates from steel or broader trades backgrounds with a technical mindset
* Confident, curious, and solutions-focused approach to technical sales
* Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and take off quantities
* Experience with Salesforce and/or V6 software is highly advantageous
* Working knowledge of Australian Building Codes and compliance requirements
* Comfortable managing your own workload, pipeline, and hitting revenue targets
* Naturally curious with a strong desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
