About your role: * Provide courteous, prompt and professional service to clients and CHHHS stakeholders. * Manage and maintain processing of all referrals, sourcing and retrieving patient information and scheduling appointments within the required timeframes indicated in a timely and efficient manner in line with clinician specifications and the CHHHS 'Administration Procedure Manual'. This will include booking appointments, cancellations, rescheduling and removal from the waitlist in line with clinical specifications and procedures. * Develop and maintain knowledge of the use, function and application for telehealth and appropriate recording of outreach and telehealth attendance/nonattendance along with coordination of clinical information including patient consent from telehealth consultation.
